Since inception, Silver Oak sponsored Funds have invested over $35 million in equity and with the use of leverage has acquired multifamily properties and notes secured by multifamily properties with a value exceeding $150 million. The Funds have an “Opportunistic” and “Value Added” focus, with the intent of producing returns net of fees to the investors exceeding 15%.
